Education Qualification
- For Medical: A Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD / MS and / or M.Ch. and D.M. in concerned specialty.
- For Non Medical: Post graduate qualification e.g. Master Degree in the discipline / allied subject. A Doctorate degree in concerned discipline.
Pay Scales
- Professor: Level 14-A ₹ 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP ₹ 10,500/- (6th CPC)
- Additional Professor: Level 13-A2 ₹ 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP ₹ 9,500/- (6th CPC)
- Associate Professor: Level 13-A1 ₹ 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP ₹ 9,000/- (6th CPC)
- Assistant Professor: Level 12 ₹ 15,600 – 39,100 + AGP ₹ 8,000/- (6th CPC)
Experience
- Professor: 14 years teaching and / or research experience.
- Additional Professor: 10 years teaching and / or research experience.
- Associate Professor: 04 years teaching and / or research experience.
- Assistant Professor: 03 years teaching and / or research experience.
